Selecting all Columns of a spreadsheet with Power Query does not get dynamic

In this video, I will demonstrate that when you create a query with Power Query to look into the different sheets of an Excel file to extract the data in them, the query may not work the next time you run it if you added extra columns to any of those worksheets or to a new one. I then show the solution that I found for this challenge.
